It’s been about a month now since Robbie and I moved to Manhattan, Kansas to enjoy this wonderful town and serve at First Presbyterian Church. Robbie has begun a new job with GTM as a “Customer Experience Representative” and I have been getting my feet wet as an Interim Associate Pastor. From coffee shops, parks and the campus to pizza parlors, bar-b-que, yoga studios, and a great movie theater, we’ve been getting to know the town and having a blast doing it! It has been a strange and wondrous journey, but we feel like we’re home here in this new land. I’d expand more on our experience, but I still think my first sermon with them says it all.
